How to Set Card Controls and Travel Alerts

With the Duke Credit Union Mobile App you are able to control access to your Debit and/or Credit Cards.  Simply choose the card you want to turn ON/OFF (freeze/unfreeze).  This function offers added security when your card is not in use.  Don't forget to turn your card back on when you are ready to use it!

With the Duke Credit Union Mobile App you are able to set Travel Alerts to prevent service interruptions when you are traveling.  Click on Card Controls, Schedule Travels Tab (top right) and enter your information to notify Duke Credit Union you will be travelling out of the State or out of the Country.  

These self-service functions may only be accessed via the Mobile App.
